I was reading about abandoned-animal nightmares after a post on it in ursulav's journal, and then last night I had a dream that there were all kinds of hamsters and budgies in my house that I'd forgotten about and hadn't been cleaning up after or feeding. The dwarf hamsters had a litter of babies that were already half-grown. And yet, none of them looked sick or anything? They just pounced on the food when I poured it in. Too weird.

Even in the dream I knew I'd been taking care of the gerbils and such, I'd just forgotten about my 'new' pets...
